The FAA finalized its rule on the Modernization of Special Airworthiness Certification (MOSAIC) with an announcement made at EAA AirVenture by U.S. Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy. GAMA's Walter Desrosier spoke with Aviation Week about what this means for general aviation moving forward.
