Chris and his scratch built rc A300.

Chris, aka Demondriver of RC Groups sent us the above picture.  He tells us that he built the great looking rc A300 for a customer. It is 84" long, has a wingspan of 72", is made from foam,  and is powered by 90 mm fans. The thrust produced by the engines is about double the weight of the rc airplane. All up weight is around 7 1/2 lbs.

Chris, aka Demondriver, posted numerous videos of his rc A380 build on YouTube.

The A300, produced by Airbus, is powered by two engines.  It became the first wide cabin aircraft of its type in the world.

The first A300 was produced in 1974 with production continuing until the last A300 came off of the assembly line in 2007.  During that period some 561 A300 aircraft of all types were produced.
