Landing the longer nose rc Cessna 310 models doesn't present any particular challenges, and anyone familiar with twin engine aircraft will feel comfortable while doing so. Older models, with the short nose, need to keep up their speed on approach. If speed gets too low they will quickly drop onto the runway.
